Central Market is having its 3rd Annual Hatch Chile Festival at all of its locations for two weekends, August 21st through the 23rd and the 27th through the 30th. Click here for more details.
Chuy's is having a Feed Your Fire themefor their 21st Annual Green Chile Festival at most of their restaurants from August 24th through September 13th. Click here for more details.

For anyone lucky enough to live near Chuy's (because they make some tasty Tex-Mex!) they have a hatch specialty menu during Chile Fest and then all year long they've got a daily green chile special, all highly tasty!
