The Hatch chiles are growing, getting bigger and better every day. Before you know it, it will be harvest time and Hatch chiles will be available again in August.
I'm hatching the Hatch Chile Cookbook, growing it bigger and better every day. I have 146 recipes and plan to include 300 recipes, as well as Hatch chile facts and trivia, when the book is published in July... just in time for the Hatch harvest.Update: Got a little sidetracked with revisions on another cookbook and lost track of this one. Soooo, I plan to have it published next year in time for the Hatch chile harvest, but not to worry... I'll be sharing lots of Hatch recipes on this blog.
Nice blog and thinking about growing my own chiles in a raised garden, Do you know where to buy seeds?
