Central Market is doing it again... their 15th annual Hatch Chile Festival runs August 18th through the 31st. I can almost smell the fresh Hatch chiles roasting...They're also doing their Hatch chile recipe contest. Send in your best Hatch recipe before August 29th. Winner receives 75 pounds of roasted Hatch chiles.
And speaking of Hatch chile recipes, I'll also be doing a contest here on my blog. Post your Hatch chile recipes on your blog, include the logo and a link to this post, then send me the link at gloriachadwick@gmail.com. I'll do a round-up on September 1st.
