Hornsfan, Bytes from Texas and unofficial Hatch Chile Queen of the foodie blogosphere, totally loves Hatch chiles. She created a Hatch 'al Pastor' Taco with Fennel Slaw that looks and sounds absolutely delicious.

Yep, she is firing on all cylinders this week in the kitchen for the Hatch week.
